This book might be amongst the top five I ever read about digital transformation. What is so special in it is that it cover especially well the connection in between digital transformation - culture, technology, governance, IT architecture and ‘platformization' in one hand and AI on the other. It points out the fact that, if some corporations could have the impression that they were transformed without changing they core organization, that would no longer work with the AI revolution. Indeed, as well demonstrated, AI doesn’t cohabit well with silos, verticality and binary managment systems. It doesn’t either with systems that isolate data into different Business Unit.

Another beauty of that book is it ability to well demonstrate some key processes (but not limited to) such as the AI factory, in other word how to organize a company so that it can test, learn and scale from leaning algorithm in the best way. It explain, based on numerous real case experiences from the author, how to progressively build a lab that would create data opportunities and help to build it at scale.

The book is very fashionable in the US where it counts as a took seller in its category.
